By accessing or using the CollectTech platform, including any mobile applications, the web dashboard, or any associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

If you are using CollectTech on behalf of a water utility or other organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Services Description

CollectTech provides a multi-tenant water utility management platform consisting of:

• Amanzi — customer-facing mobile application
• Amanzi AI — AI-powered customer service assistant
• CT Fundi — field technician mobile application
• CT GIS Field — GIS data collection mobile application
• Makusanyo — revenue collection mobile application
• CollectTech Web Dashboard — web-based analytics and management portal
• CollectTech API — backend API services

3. Accounts and Access

Access to the CollectTech platform is granted through licensed accounts issued to water utilities under a separate service agreement. Account credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another utility's data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written consent
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any software that interferes with the platform's operation
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsify account information

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Water utilities using CollectTech are the data controllers for their customers' personal data. CollectTech acts as a data processor under the applicable service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

CollectTech and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including all software, algorithms, user interface designs, documentation, and trademarks. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. By submitting data, you grant CollectTech a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the services.

7. Limitation of Liability
